- Scan copy of valid Passport (All pages with marked)
- Scan copy of High School diploma ( if any )
- Driving License (Only for Driving Job)
- Complete Bio-data or CV with Living Address
- Father, Mother Name: or Birth Certificate.
- First Installment
- A valid travel document – passport (containing at least 2 blank pages, issued within the previous 10 years, its period of validity must exceed the validity period of the requested visa by at least six months).
- 1 color photo (35×45 mm) with white background.
- A copy of a work permit issued by the Labour Exchange of Lithuania to a foreign national allowing him/her to work in the Republic of Lithuania
- Employer’s electronic mediation letter (the number of mediation letter must be indicated for the visa service)
- Document on sufficient means of subsistence (e.g. relevant statement from bank account or employment contract) Subsistence means the amount of 1 minimum monthly salary for one month, the amount for return to the country of origin or a foreign country to which you have the right to travel, the amount of funds
- Documents, proving professional skills (legalized)
- A valid medical insurance, covering the duration of stay. It must be valid in all participant states of the Schengen Area. The amount of insurance must not be less than EUR 30,000.
- A confirmed Air ticket reservation

HOW TO APPLY FOR LITHUANIA WORK PERMIT?
After we received the required documents above, the Employer reviewed the documents and if needed an interview will be made via Skype video.
